Studio BB3 March 2011 classes
Hi Everyone,
I'm finally going to get a chance to start teaching classes again. I am really looking forward to it. I hope you all had a great Holiday and are ready to start having fun. I have had a lot of request for individual classes, so I'm going to give it a shot and see if it works out. If you are interested in private classes please contact me. It will be $10.00 an hour with a 3 hour minimum. Depending on the class you want there may be a supply fee. Classes for learning your machine are $25.00 for the first hour and 15.00 an hour after that, there is a 1 hour minimum. I hope to hear from you soon.

Creative Wings - In the first class we will learn to make woven fabric, both basic and curved. This is one of the oldest ways to manipulate fabric. The second class will consist of foiling on fabric and embossing foam. We will also do some preparation for the third class. The last class we will finish wrinkling our fabric for added texture and dimension and transform Tyvek. Most of the supplies are included in the class fee, you will need to supply your own fabric and sewing machine, if you want to sew in class. Class space is limited so please let me know as soon as possible if you would like to take this class.
Feb. 23 March 2 and 9 Wednesday 6-9 pm $75.00
Beaded Goddess - Make your own beaded Goddess to watch over you. Play a little with wire and beads and create a fun figure. Attached are pictures of the two Goddesses that I had in my studio, I still have one. All materials will be supplied with the class fee. I will supply copper wire, the beads, and a face (I can't promise that I will have all the same faces). You can bring any supplies that you like.
March 26 Saturday 10 am - 3 pm $40.00
Coming soon is a class called Metal as an embellishment. I am working on the examples and I think this is going to be a great class. This may turn into a Creative Wings class.
Remember that you need to pay for the class in advance and a full refund will be given if you cancel 7 days before the beginning class date.
