People often ask us which of our rooms is our favorite.  They are rather like children, we like them all for different reasons, and so will you.  The Country French Room has cozy written all over it.  The Santa Fe Room has desert serenity.  Ponderosa room is artfully adorned with many kinds of beautiful wood and there’s a slice of history to it as well, a close look at the freckled pecan floor will reveal Civil War musket balls in the boards planked from beams from the textile factories of the north east.

There are two queen beds in separate rooms within the Ponderosa room, to accommodate up to four adults. This room makes a great gathering spot for family gathering. Let us know which one strikes your fancy.

In the morning, or any time you need a snack, we have for you a Breakfast Nook stocked with breakfast items, snacks and drinks. Make yourself at home; the fixings are there for a quick and easy breakfast of cold cereal, yogurt and fruit, as well as eggs.  Fresh pastries will be served to enjoy with your coffee.  The Breakfast Nook is available to our guests 24/7.

The Chicken Farm Art Center is 3 acres with many buildings and doors, upon arrival at the property please call 325-659-3836 for check-in. Check-in is from 3pm-7pm unless other arrangements are made. Check-out is at 11am

Payment may be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, check with driver's license ID, or cash.

All of our rooms are nonsmoking. There are areas outside where smoking is permitted, and we just ask if windows or doors are open to your room, please smoke away from them.

Cancellations made prior to 1 week in advance will receive a full refund, less than seven days in advance, guest will be charged the 1st night of their stay at full price.

A credit card is required to hold reservations.
